We believe that all Hotel Managers deserve to have time to be with family and friends. So often, the business is so demanding that small opportunities to celebrate pass by and can never be recaptured.
We also know that you are part of your business and its very hard to pass it over to just anyone.
That's where we come in.
We believe that our values, our personal relationships and our solid track record of success will enable us to work seamlessly with your team to ensure the operation runs smoothly in your absence.
We will do this with a steady, planned approach agreed in advance with you.
Meet the Team
Our team is quite intimate, just the two of us. We have complimentary skillsets that we can turn to your advantage and as part of our package we can review existing KPIs and systems and look at people management and customer service at the property.
